The Dallas United America Pageant is the local Preliminary Contest for the Texas United America Pageant. The United America franchise State and National pageants began more than a decade ago in the Austin area. 2011will be the third year. The Executive Director for the United America franchise is Annette Rushing, a veteran in the pageant industry.

The mission of the DUA pageant is to bring together women of all ages and ethnicities to develop their personal equity, to applaud their work in the community and encourage their success in education and a career.
