Roslyn Baker is the Director of the local pageant and a former Mrs. Texas United America. Roslyn is a tenured beauty industry professional with over 25 years experience. She is a marketing Consultant for noted hair care brands such as Soft & Beautiful, Botanicals, Motions and Just For Me. Mrs. Bakers work has been published in a variety of domestic and international HBA publications, e-zines and sharing beauty expert advice on local and national media. Roslyn also owns the Mahogany Door Salon in the Dallas area.

Roz has appeared in numerous commercials, industrial video’s and voice over work. She is also on the public speaking circuit sharing her platform, Divinely Inspired Victoriously Affirmed, a Christian woman’s guide to self affirmation.

Roslyn Baker is proud to be celebrating her thrid year as Director of the DUA pageant. She also coach's contestants for other pageants.
