The Ms. and Mrs. PLUS delegate is designated to represent women ages 26 - 49, married or unmarried, size 14 or higher. We welcome delegates from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, with or without experience in pageantry.

Candice Freeman graduated from Townview Magnet Center High School of Health Professions. Candice received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from The University of Houston and her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Candice is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. She is the current & first ever Ms Dallas Plus United America 2011 & Ms. Texas Woman United America!! Ms. Freeman also won best evening gown and the Directors Award. Her platform entitled Independent U, which promote the Independence of Children with disabilities, has already made an impact in these children’s lives.
